Dinner @ Banquet
I've been down with a half-baked fever (just hit me and get it over with, dammit), headaches and diarrhoea for the past few days. It's not been fun, but it could've been worse. At least it wasn't a gout attack. Ho hum.
Have been pretty much staying at home and running some errands... More or less. There was that one shopping spree... But we're not going to talk about that. :P
Anyway. Went for dinner with my cousin, the bride-to-be, and my guest assistant-photographer last Thursday, at Causeway Point's Banquet. :D I planned this dinner so that I could get the details of her wedding itinerary from her, to prepare myself for the 3 days I'll be her photographer. Well, technically just a little bit over 2 days since Friday's just the solemnisation ceremony. I had such a blast during dinner joking around with my cousin and my GAP (:D). Laughed my ass off, stitched it back on and laughed it off again. Haha. (My chicken chop was crap though. Prefer the one that was sold in Chinatown's now defunct Banquet.)
My cousin asked her friends to join her for the dinner since she needed to pass them her wedding invitation cards (1 week before the wedding -.-), so we had 2 tables of people and a whole bunch of conversations going on at the same time. :P Oh, and my cousin took (ahem) "94373489753485 hours to finish" her chicken cutlet (according to my GAP)! Hahaha! Everyone finished their meals and my cousin was still trying to finish her second piece of cutlet! I think she cheated too, in the end, and didn't finish her third piece of cutlet. Otherwise, we could've been there till Banquet closed. Hahaha.
And here's my vainpot but camera-shy and self-conscious, weird = unique = sophisticated = cool GAP! Kekekeke. Quick, guess! :D (Very easy, yah?)
Looking forward to the wedding... I got my equipment reserved for 3 days rental... I'll blog about it when I get them! :D A bit nervous though, 'cause I don't want to screw up. :( I've learned quite a bit from my cousin's engagement ceremony that I shot previously using a similar equipment setup. But that was a relatively small event... This coming one is quite major. Scary!
On that note, I think I'm gonna go try to sleep. I got IPPT later today! Argh! Definitely going to fail, no doubt, but I'm still somewhat sick... So I hope I don't kill myself. Haha. Going to collect my course materials at UniSIM first, and then hop over to Maju Camp for my IPPT. Wish me luck! :)
